Entropic Degrees is operated by me as an independent artist on a small-scale, made-to-order basis.

Products

All items are produced individually after purchase. Colours & print placement may vary slightly due to screen differences & production processes.

I aim to represent all products as accurately as possible, but minor variations do not constitute defects.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. I do not store card details.

I reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, though changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if it appears fraudulent, unauthorised, or in breach of these terms.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

Production & Shipping

Each item is made to order. Production times may vary & are stated on the product page where applicable.

Shipping timeframes are estimates & may be affected by courier delays outside of my control.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds & replacements are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, branding & content on this website are the intellectual property of Entropic Degrees & may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or products purchased.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
