Right to Cancel

Under UK consumer law, customers normally have 14 days to cancel online purchases.

However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or produced according to a customer’s specifications.

As every item is created individually after purchase, the statutory right to cancel does not apply once production has begun.

Returns & Replacements

Every item is made to order specifically for you.

Because of this, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Personal preference

As an independent artist, I do not hold inventory or resell returned items. Producing each piece individually allows me to avoid waste & operate sustainably, but it also means I cannot process standard fashion-style returns.

I strongly recommend checking the size guide carefully before ordering. If you are unsure, please contact me before purchasing. I am always happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery & include clear photographs of the issue.

If the problem is confirmed, I will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

I stand behind the quality of my products & will always resolve genuine production issues.

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. I’m unable to replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
