Made to Order

Every item is made to order specifically for you.

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

This approach allows me to produce responsibly & avoid excess waste.

A flat UK shipping fee is applied at checkout.

Once dispatched, delivery within the UK typically takes 2–4 business days.

Shipping timeframes are estimates & may occasionally vary due to courier delays outside of my control.

If your order appears delayed, please allow a few extra days for courier processing.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, contact me & I will investigate with the courier.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, I will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

I’m unable to replace orders marked as delivered unless further evidence supports a delivery issue.
